We took Lola for our 14 day Andalusian Odyssey in August 2015. Gonzalo picked us up from Malaga airport bang on time and 10 minutes later we were @ the Flamenco Campers base. The van was presented clean and tidy (Fiona, an OCD nurse, is very fussy about grot!).

Lola drives like a car, a powerful 2.5l 5 cylinder turbo diesel and tight 5 speed gearbox meant even the steepest of climbs were “no worries”. When traveling our boys, FJ (10) and Zac (9) were very comfortable in the back on a forward facing bench seat with 3 point seat belts which allowed them to either play their DS’s or just fight each other as Fiona and I enjoyed the stunning scenery. Lola has able space for a family of 4 plus a built in awning to stretch the living space outside her footprint.

Our two week Grand Tour of Andalusia itinerary took us to Nerja on the coast then up to the high Alpujarras (Camping outside Pitres @ “Camping El Balcon de Pitres”, a lovely quite site. Then onto magnificent Granada (Camping outside the city @ “Camping Suspiro del Moro”, great pool + good bus service into Granada). Next we headed up to Cordoba (Camped at “Camping Municipal El Brillante” – central but still a taxi ride in and out of the city) then onto Sevilla (stayed @ “Camping Villsom” – great site but a bus ride into town). Then we punched down to Cadiz (Camped @ “El Puerto de Santa Maria” – big site on the beach 10 mile north of Cadiz – this time we headed into town on the regular Catamaran service! great way to enter a port – from the sea! Finally we headed up to Ronda (Camped at the lovely site “Camping El Sur” a short taxi ride out of the town).

To sum up Flamenco Campers I would say they are a reliable company, providing clean and well maintained machines that you can tour with your family in confidence and safety. The service provided by Gonzalo was both efficient and very friendly. I would recommend this company without reservation.
