We hired Lola for 7 days in February. Gonzalo picked us up at Malaga airport and returned us there after our hire, all greatly appreciated. Lola was well kitted out for our trip, we found the storage space was good and Lola was fairly easy to drive.

We stayed in 6 campsites over the 7 days: Camping Cabopino, near Marbella; Camping Rio Jara, Tarifa; Camping Roche, Conil de la Frontera, Cadiz; Camping Playa Las Dunas de San Antón, El Puerto de Santa María; Camping Villsom, Dos Hermanas (2 nights); Camping Sierracilla, Humilladero. This was evidently off-peak period. Campsites were generally good though sometimes the shower wasn’t very warm. Wi-fi was mostly available although one site did charge for it.

Good things were plenty to be had and some unexpected highlights were the tapas in some ordinary looking eating places along the way. We took the M-132 bus to Seville from Dos Hermanas one day which was a convenient way to get there.

Because we had limited time when we arrived to get familiar with Lola before our first campsite closed, we didn’t have enough time to get really familiar so we found the bottom bed a bit of a challenge! And watch out for covered car parks – they might have a lot of headroom at the entrance but they might taper down inside!

We would definitely recommend Flamenco Campers, Gonzalo was really friendly and easy to deal with and Lola was a great experience.
